First of all, we qualify your intended purchase to make sure it really is the right solution for your application and needs. We have access to most of the major brands and because we do not have a warehouse full of a particular stocked model, you are not pressured to purchase some overstocked item as so often happens in retail stores.
We then deliver, install and setup the system. Almost all systems require some kind of trade work to make the installation work properly and look its best in your home, and nearly all home entertainment devices have to be properly set-up. It never ceases to amazes us how many Foxtel boxes we discover in people homes that have never been properly set up. Whether the installation is very basic like a TV mounted on the wall, or to a full 7.1 surround home theatre system with flush-mounted and outdoor speakers all linked to a multi-room system, there are critical installations questions to think through.
Is your new large screen TV going to be hung secure and safely at the correct viewing height? Are the cables going to be hidden inside the walls, ceiling or under the floor? Having unsightly TV or speaker cables running across floors or down a painted wall is definitely not acceptable.
If you are building or renovating, the time to call us is before you commence the work. That will offer you a lot more possibilities than having us come in after the walls have been sheeted off. Running cables so you can have sound and vision feed into other rooms is a great idea but it will be much easier and less expensive, if it is done during the early phase of construction or renovation.
Let us help you plan well and think it through correctly, otherwise what you hoped to do in the beginning of your renovation may not actually be possible when you get to the end simply because the wrong type of cable was used or it was not positioned correctly within the room. We see these problems constantly, good advice early on – based on experience – can save you a lot of heartache and unnecessary expense later.
